About the Journal

The Journal of Professional Counseling (JPC) is the official Journal of the Association of Professional Counsellors in Nigeria. The main purpose of the Journal is to publish well researched and original articles to advance the theory and practice of Guidance and Counseling in Nigeria and globally. The Journal receives scholarly articles written by authors in the field of Counseling Psychology and other related disciplines for the advancement of knowledge and practice of counselling. The Journal publishes theoretical and empirical articles that focus on investigating current professional and scientific issues in Counseling. The articles are blindly peer reviewed and subjected to plagiarism tests to ensure high originality index before publication.
